The Penguin reveals himself in new Batman: Arkham City trailer

Rocksteady and WB games have decided to throw us a new morsel of intrigue with this new Batman: Arkham City trailer featuring none other than The Penguin himself.

I wonder who inspired the character design: Dick Cheney or Danny Devito?
