After teasing Metro Redux back in March, Deep Silver and 4A Games are ready to officially announce that the compilation will come to the PC, PS4, and Xbox One this Summer. Priced at $49.99, the compilation pack will include enhanced remakes of Metro 2033, Metro: Last Light, and all of Last Light’s downloadable content. The complete “Redux” overhaul will also extend to each game’s unique play style. Players can now play through both campaigns using 2033’s “Survival Play Style” (a fraught slow-burn fight for survival with limited resources, deadlier enemy AI, and slower reload speeds) or Last Light’s more action-oriented “Spartan Play Style” (more powerful weapons and more plentiful resources).
Finally, Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light will both be available as individual downloads through PC download services, the PlayStation Store, and the Xbox Live Game Store. Each game will be sold separately for $24.99 each.
