Because of Keith David’s long career, the actor is known for many different roles to many different people. To some, he fought “Rowdy” Roddy Piper over a pair of sunglasses for 20 minutes. For others (like me), he fought The Thing and may, or may not, have been assimilated by the end of the film. But most video game fans know him as The Arbiter, the Covenant Elite who helped save the universe in Halo 2 and Halo 3.
As part of this Fall’s Halo: The Master Chief Collection for the Xbox One, new cutscenes featuring The Arbiter will be added to Halo 2, linking it to next year’s Halo 5: Guardians.
