Hello, readers! We are finally back from PAX East! It was an exciting adventure full of board games, video games, wonderful friends, and a lot of water and cough drops. This was the fastest and most wonderful PAX East I’ve ever experienced. It flew by! And now I’m home, and I’m ready to bring you today’s best deals.

We leave tomorrow for PAX East, and I’m so excited! Tonight will be packing, and prepping, and doing things like cutting my hair, taking out the trash… all the fun stuff. You know how it goes! I finally did it – I finally got the Platinum Trophy in Diablo III: Reaper of Souls! Which means now I’m free to return back to Fallout 4, and also to finish up the Platinum Trophy in Persona 4 Golden. Hopefully I can wrap it all up before Uncharted 4 drops!

I got to play a bunch of Broforce last night with Anthony Amato, and we had a blast! We played a ton of it on PC, but we’ve been revisiting it now that it’s on the PlayStation 4. I’m hoping to get in a little more Diablo III: Reaper of Souls this weekend, and maybe even get that Platinum Trophy finally. But mostly I’ll be doing homework and playing Dungeons & Dragons all weekend. Hopefully I’ll have some extra time!

There are some great sales happening right now at The Humble Store. Final Fantasy IX is out on PC now, and it’s currently discounted at just $16.79. Likewise with Code of Princess, which is $13.49. Last night, I got to check out a bunch of great unpublished board games by some local game developers. It was a great time! I was too tired to play any video games when I got home, but I should have some time tonight to do that. I really need to check out the new Wasteland Workshop in Fallout 4!

It’s a beautiful day here in Philadelphia! And tonight, we’re having a Game Makers Guild meeting, where we’ll play prototypes of games and hopefully help each other work out the problems with them. After that, I’ll be heading home, and hopefully I’ll finally get to try some of the Battleborn open beta! All in all, a pretty fun night.

I had an incredible time this weekend at Unpub 6! I played a ton of games, hung out with some of my favorite people, and got very little sleep. I was sad when it was all over but happy to sleep for twelve straight hours!
