Tonight, I’m taking a break from working and having a game night! I’m really excited to tackle this monstrous pile of Kickstarter games that have been coming in this week. We have too many to play alone, and I’m hoping our friends are excited about reading rules! Because I don’t think I can read that many rules.

Anyway, let’s talk about deals! There are some awesome sales happening at the Humble Store right now. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Game of the Year Edition is $29.99, Blood Bowl 2 is $11.24, Superhot is $16.99, and Batman: Arkham Knight is $6.79, among many others.

My weekend was 90% homework, 5% hanging out, and 5% gaming, which is a really pathetic amount, but I’ll be honest: I was grateful for every single second of it because there was so little of it. I played some board games and some video games, but mostly, seriously, all I did was homework. Here’s hoping these next nine weeks fly by!

I’m so, so excited it’s Friday… and the Friday right before a three-day weekend! I have tons of homework and adulting to do, but I also really hope I can just sit and enjoy some games. I had zero time to game last night, but I did manage to keep myself awake long enough to watch that intense Switch presentation. Did anyone manage to stay up all night and snag a pre-order? Bummed that I missed out!

Anyway, let’s talk about deals! There are some great sales happening at the Humble Store. I was going to play some video games last night after our meeting, but it got done late and I had to run some late-night errands, so I ended up passing out when we got home! But tonight I for sure am going to play at least one game, because all I have on my schedule is homework. And there can’t be that much for the first week, right? Ha ha, right???

I have a Game Makers Guild meeting tonight, which means I get to play lots of board games, and also work on some of my own! I have a few we’ve been working on that need tweaking, so here’s hoping some progress is made tonight. Other than that, I’m hoping to play some video games when I get home, but I’ll likely either do laundry and/or pass out instead. Being an adult is a super fun game!

I really wanted to sit back and get some video gaming in last night, but I was so exhausted from MAGFest that I just passed out! I have a little more energy today, so hopefully tonight I’ll be able to do some laundry and play literally anything at all. Oh, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D returns tonight. I’m so excited!

It’s been so long since I wrote my last scoop! I was off from work and totally overbooked myself, ending with the last four days in D.C. for MAGFest. It was a great time, but I’m exhausted!

In between running around, I played a lot of video games, including Dishonored: Definitive Edition for the PlayStation 4. I have to admit: I’m having a total blast with it! But I also have almost 20 games still shrinkwrapped next to my television, so I’m looking forward to continuing on.
