The Kickstarter for the amazing game Bearzerkers is coming to a close, and they still haven’t reached their goal! We included them on our PAXpocalypse list last year, back when they were called Pandamonium. You can get the game for just $10 AUS, and trust me – it’s worth it!

Hello and happy Monday, everyone! Anthony Amato and I spent the weekend at Too Many Games, an incredibly fun gaming convention out in Oaks, PA. We brought both RESISTOR_ and Kobolds and showed them off to a crowd that really loved them! So many people wanted to buy them then and there, which was very encouraging to us. Hopefully we’ll get our Kickstarter off the ground soon!

Anyway, I’m slowly coming back to reality, and that means bringing you the scoop on video game deals! The Steam Sale is over, but the deals there never end. Today’s Daily Deal is Talisman: Digital Edition, which is on sale for just $5.55. Over at the Humble Store, they have Metro: Last Light – Complete Edition on sale for $6.66. Not a bad deal!

I played a lot of games last night, just like I said I would! But I also did the dishes, put away the laundry, and managed to feed myself dinner. All in all, I was successful at both work and play.

Although I know I just said this yesterday, there’s yet another brand new bundle over at Indie Royale right now – this time, it’s the Debut 15 Bundle. Pay the current minimum for Blue Rose, Copod, Toy Wars Invasion, Radium, Rock Zombie, Pahelika: Revelations, and Crystal Story II. You can also still get your hands on the Indievision Bundle over at Humble Bundle as well.

People keep asking me, “What did you get in the Steam Summer Sale?” So far, nothing, but today I’m tempted to grab Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII for $4.07 each (aiee!), and They Bleed Pixels for $1.99. The sale is going to break down my resolve at some point!

There’s been a lot going on these days, so when I can take the time to play games, I do. I’ve got meetings and events on top of work for the next few days, so tonight, I’m going to head home, put my feet up, and just play games all night. Will I eat ice cream for dinner? I can only say probably.

Steam‘s Summer Sale is still going strong. Torchlight II is $4.99, Metro: Last Light Complete Edition is $6.79, and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is $2.99. I played that last one all the way through this weekend, and it was amazing. I highly recommend it!

Instead of spending a ton of money on tickets to go to Wizard World Philly this year, I made the decision to stay home and catch up on a lot of things. I read a ton of comics (Saga, Invincible, and The Walking Dead), played a lot of video games (Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, and TowerFall: Ascension), and watched a ton of television (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, True Blood, and 24). Nothing’s wrong with that at all… except I don’t want to leave the house anymore and I just want to spend more hours catching up on everything. The wake of not being in school can be bad! I mean, for my levels of Vitamin D, I guess.

Anyway, let’s talk about game deals, shall we? Steam, of course, has a load of new games in their Summer Sale, like Rogue Legacy for $3.74, FTL: Advanced Edition for $3.99, and Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition for $4.99. There are some great sales happening at the Humble Store as well – pick up Secret Ponchos for $11.24 (Early Access), Gone Home for $4.99, and A Wizard’s Lizard for $9.89.
